VELVET REVOLVER Guitarist SLASH Says Kids Make Christmas Special

VELVET REVOLVER guitarist Slash says that while almost everybody loves Christmas, including himself, having two small children gives the holiday a whole new meaning for him. "It seems to make a lot more sense, when you're doing the Christmas trees and the lights and all the stuff that goes along with the Christmas spirit, when you have kids," he tells Launch Radio Networks. "When you have a couple of kids, all of a sudden, the whole purpose of the Christmas celebration is more about giving, and then there's somebody to actually really watch their eyes light up and have that whole experience that makes Christmas so special."

Slash, a.k.a. Saul Hudson, and his wife Perla have two sons: a two-year-old named London and a six-month-old named Cash.
